Tammy is Senior Vice President at Auspex Capital. During her 25-year franchise finance career, Tammy has sourced, structured, and closed more than $3 billion in loans and sale leasebacks to multi-unit franchisees. She is a seasoned finance industry veteran known for building and valuing client relationships.

Before joining Auspex in 2019, Tammy was Managing Director-Senior Vice President at City National Bank (CNB) for seven years. At CNB, she was responsible for taking the existing regional franchise program to a national platform, significantly expanding the number of QSR concepts in the portfolio and leading several large syndicated transactions. In recognition of her work, she received a President’s Circle Award in 2016.

Tammy previously served as Senior Vice President at GE Franchise Finance, working with top-tier, multi-unit restaurant franchisees. She was consistently recognized as a top performer in terms of loan originations, client management, and contributions to the GE Franchise portfolio. She started her franchise finance career at MetLife Capital, where she was instrumental in developing a national financing program for McDonald’s franchisees. Her work led to the company’s recognition as the top national lender to the McDonald’s system.

A graduate of Whitman College, Tammy and her husband Mark live in Seattle and have two children.
