Sinclair is an Associate at Auspex. He is responsible for providing analytical support to the deal team and conducting compliance analysis for various clients.

Prior to joining Auspex, Sinclair was a financial analyst at Sony Pictures responsible for the residual and royalty payments generated by Sony’s TV products. He conducted financial analysis and created financial models to ensure timely and accurate payments to participating parties.

Sinclair graduated from California State University, Los Angeles and he earned his MBA in finance from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Sinclair enjoys spending time playing sports, going to music festival & concerts, visiting museums, travelling and learning new skills.
