Scott is a Vice President at Auspex Capital. His experience includes M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, valuations, restructurings, and restaurant portfolio management. He has successfully assisted in closing more than 75 transactions since joining Auspex in 2008.

Scott’s responsibilities include participating in all aspects of deal creation, deal marketing, financial modeling, creating information memorandums, presentations, and pitch books, reviewing lease agreements and lender documents, managing the due diligence process, conducting comprehensive analysis of company operations and projections, and analyzing potential investment and bridge loan opportunities. Scott is also responsible for the development of the associates and analysts at Auspex. Previously, Scott worked in the finance department of Fox Atomic, Newscorp, and Warner Brothers.

Scott graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in business administration and an emphasis in finance and entrepreneurship.
